Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Basic Training Boot Camp
A no nonsense workout taught boot camp style.  Simple cardiovascular drills combined with strength training intervals to create an intense effective workout.  Perfect for those who are choregraphy challenged.

Cardio Blast and Cardio Sculpt
Total body conditioning classes that challenge your cardiovascular fitness and work to improve your muscle tone.  Each instructor will use a variety of step aerobics, hi-low floor aerobics, kickboxing drills and ball moves to get your heart rates up and dumbells, tubing or balls to challenge your muscles and core.  A time efficient workout that gets your heart rate going and your muscles growing.

Corefusion
A Pilates inspired class that will help you center and balance your body while strengthen your core.

Fitness Flow Yoga
Yoga to compliment and enhance your fitness goals.  This class will help you further develop strength, enhance flexibility and aid in relaxation.
 (Monday night beginner friendly - Wednesday night advanced practice.)  Member $5.00/class  Non-member $10.00/class

Metabolism Blast
This class is about variety and is designed to boost your metabolsim.  Principles of metabolic resistance training, strict strength training and core training will build muscle and burn fat.

Pilates
Ripples Pilates classes are mat classes based on the traditional principles and teachings of Joseph Pilates.  You will focus on your body's center or core and you will work to both lengthen and strengthen your muscles to create a more balanced body.
Pilates 1 - a beginner friendly class that goes a bit slower and offers modifications.  All levels are welcome however as Pilates is an individual practice in a group setting.  Pilates 2 - a faster more intense level class for those who have Pilates experience.

Sculpt and Tone
A class devoted to building fat burning muscle for a lean body.
