Weight Room
Ripples offers something for everybody. In the free weight room there are a variety of benches: flat, incline and decline. Dumbbells range from 3 pounds up to 120 pounds. Olympic weights and bars are plentiful. The Smith Machine is perfect for squats or there are also two traditional squat racks. Calves can be worked seated or standing, and, of course, don't forget the biceps on the preacher bench.

For those who prefer free weight machines, Ripples has a variety of HammerStrength pieces: Iso-Lateral Shoulder Press, Iso-Lateral Row, Leg Press and a Deadlift.

If selectorized resistance is more your thing, Ripples has a second weight room with machines. There is a LifeFitness cable crossover, a number of Cal-Gym pieces, and our newest piece - an Icarian Seated Leg Curl. This room makes completing a full body workout circuit a breeze.

Cardiovascular Room

Ripples Cardio room will get your heart rate up. You can choose from one of three treadmills by LifeFitness or Trotter, one of two eliptical trainers by Precor or LifeFitness, one of three Concept II Rowers, and either upright LifeCycles or a recumbent. There is a traditional stepper, a couple of Nordic Tracks and two Schwinn Airdynes. Cable TV helps you to pass the time while you crosstrain.
