Ripples Fitness Center occupies the entire third floor above Brown
& Roberts Hardware Store on the Square in Bellows Falls, Vermont.
Driving North on I-91 take Exit 5 and head North on Route 5 into the business district of Bellows Falls. Ripples is located on the right side of the Square.
Driving South on I-91 take Exit 6 and head South on Route 5/103 into the business district of Bellows Falls. Ripples is located on the left side of the Square.
Driving from New Hampshire on Route 12, either North or South, cross
the bridge into Vermont at the old train station. Take a right into the
Square just after the Post Office. Ripples is located on the right side
of the Square.

Total Fitness Memberships at Ripples Fitness Center include the
use of the weightrooms, cardiovascular equipment, group exercise classes,
and the sauna and locker rooms. Our staff will help you develop an exercise
